With the Factuur Simpel app for iPhone and Android, you create an invoice or quote as soon as the job is done. Everything lives in the same account as on your computer, so you pick up where you left off.

How to get started with the app
Download the app
Install Factuur Simpel from the App Store or Google Play.
Sign in or start your trial
Sign in with your account, or create one and try it free for 30 days. Your customers and products are ready to use.
Create your invoice or quote
Choose a customer, add lines and check the preview. The app calculates VAT for you.
Send or share
Send by email, or share the PDF or payment link through your phone’s share menu, for example in WhatsApp.
One account on your phone and computer
The app and the web version share one account. Start an invoice on your phone and finish it on your laptop, or the other way around. Customers, products, invoices, quotes and expenses are available everywhere.
The app has the same features as the web version, plus a few that make sense on a phone: the receipt scanner, the share menu and push notifications.
Invoices and quotes on the go
Job finished? Create the invoice on site, so it is not waiting for you in the evening. Send a quote just as quickly from the job location, and your client can sign it online.
Credit invoices, reverse-charge VAT and payment reminders work from the app as well.
Share through WhatsApp, email or the share menu
Email an invoice from Factuur Simpel and the delivery appears in the invoice timeline. Or use your phone’s share menu to send the PDF or payment link through WhatsApp or any other app.
With Complete, you can also send and receive Peppol e-invoices from the app.
Scan receipts with your camera
Photograph a receipt or supplier invoice with the scanner in the app, and the expense is in your records. Both plans include unlimited receipt uploads.
With Complete and during the trial, Factuur Simpel reads the receipt automatically, so you do not have to type the details. The photo is processed by OpenAI for this.
Push notifications when something changes
The app notifies you when an invoice is paid, a client signs a quote or a new expense comes in. If your client pays online through Mollie (Complete), the invoice is marked as paid automatically.

Is the app free?
Downloading the app is free. To use it, you need a Factuur Simpel account. You start with a 30-day free trial without payment details, then choose Starter or Complete. There is no free plan.

Can I continue on my computer?
Yes. The app and the web version share one account, so invoices, quotes, customers and expenses are available on both. On your computer, you sign in through the browser.
Does the app work offline?
No. The app needs an internet connection to save and send invoices, because everything is stored in your online account. If reception is poor, finish the invoice once you are back online.
Which notifications does the app send?
You get a push notification when an invoice is paid, when a client signs a quote and when a new expense comes in. You can turn notifications on or off in your phone’s settings.
Can I scan receipts with the app?
Yes. Use the scanner to photograph a receipt and the app saves it as an expense. Both plans include unlimited uploads. Automatic reading is included in Complete and the trial; the photo is processed by OpenAI for this.
