Clients accept online
Every quote you send gets its own page. Your client reads the quote there and signs with a mouse, finger or stylus. They can add their name and place, which appear with the signature on the signed PDF.
As soon as the quote is signed, its status changes in your overview. If you use the app, you also get a push notification. No more waiting for a scanned signature or an email that says “agreed”.
Validity and follow-up
Every quote has a valid-until date. If a sent quote is still unsigned after that date, its status changes to expired and your client can no longer sign it online. Nobody accidentally accepts a price from months ago.
Not heard back? Send a reminder from the quote whenever it suits you. The quote timeline shows what you sent and when.
From signed quote to paid invoice
Convert the quote into an invoice with one click. Customer, lines, quantities and VAT carry over, so nothing needs retyping. You review the invoice and send it yourself; it never goes out automatically.
Along with the invoice, your client gets a payment page with your bank details. With Complete, they can also pay there through your own Mollie account, for example by card. If the invoice is not paid on time, Factuur Simpel sends one automatic reminder.

Frequently asked questions
Does my client need an account to sign the quote?
No. Your client opens the quote from the link in your email or a link you share, and signs right in the browser. No account, app or password is needed.
Is a quote signed online legally valid?
A signature your client draws on screen is a simple electronic signature. In the EU, only a qualified electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one, and Factuur Simpel does not provide that. The signed quote does record that your client agreed. For agreements with major financial or legal consequences, consider a qualified signature.
Can I turn a quote into an invoice?
Yes. From the quote, create an invoice in one click with the same customer, lines and VAT. You review the invoice and then send it yourself.
What happens when a quote expires?
A sent quote that is still unsigned after its valid-until date gets the status expired. Your client can then no longer sign it online. To still get a signature, send a quote with a new valid-until date.
Does my client get automatic reminders for a quote?
No, not for quotes. You send a reminder from the quote whenever you want. The automatic reminder in Factuur Simpel is for invoices that are still unpaid after the due date.
Are quotes included in every plan?
Yes. Starter (€12.99 per month) and Complete (€21.99 per month) both include unlimited quotes, online signing and invoice conversion. Complete adds custom email texts, Peppol and Mollie payments, among other things. Prices exclude VAT. During the 30-day trial you can try everything in Complete.
