Each tier has its own price. If you send 5,000 invoices in a month, you pay 3,000 × €0.35 + 2,000 × €0.25 = €1,550.00 excl. VAT.

Sign up for Factuur Simpel for free. No payment details are needed.
Turn on Peppol
Activate Peppol in your settings. We register your business with your company number and your account is active within an hour.
Have bulk sending activated
Contact us. We enable bulk sending and per-invoice pricing for your company.
Which files can you upload?
Bulk sending works with UBL, the XML format used on Peppol. If your ERP or accounting package can export invoices as UBL, you can upload them directly.
- UBL 2.1 invoices following Peppol BIS Billing 3.0, as separate .xml or .ubl files
- A .zip file containing several UBL invoices
- Up to 500 invoices per batch
We do not convert other formats, such as CII, cXML, SAP IDoc or your own CSV or JSON export. Have your software create a UBL file first.

Three steps on the bulk sending screen in your account.

Upload your files
Drag your .xml, .ubl or .zip files onto the upload field. You can select several files at once.

Validate the invoices
We check that each file is a readable UBL invoice with an invoice number and invoice date. You see per file whether it is valid and, if not, why.

Send and track the status
Send all valid invoices in one go. You see per invoice whether it is being sent, was delivered or failed. Earlier batches are listed in the sending history.
Bulk sending, API or the invoicing app?

Received invoices are forwarded by email. Delivery through an API or webhook is not available.

Which file formats can I upload?
UBL 2.1 invoices following Peppol BIS Billing 3.0, as .xml or .ubl files, or several at once in a .zip file. We do not convert other formats, such as CII, cXML, SAP IDoc or JSON.
How much does bulk sending cost?
You pay per invoice sent, from €0.35 down to €0.12 excl. VAT. The price per invoice drops per tier as you send more invoices in a calendar month. There is no monthly fee and no minimum volume.
How many invoices can I send at once?
Up to 500 invoices per batch. If you have more, split them over several uploads.
Can I also receive invoices?
Yes. Your Peppol registration lets you receive invoices from suppliers. They arrive with your expenses and you can forward them automatically by email, as a PDF, as UBL XML or both.
How is this different from the Peppol API?
With bulk sending you upload files in your account. With the Peppol API your own software sends every invoice automatically through an endpoint. Both use the same price per invoice.
